|Tomatoes, ripe||500 gms|
|Green bell pepper, seeded and quartered||1|
|Fresh basil||4 sprigs|
|Salt & pepper||to taste|
|A sprig to basil to garnish|
1) Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor, puree well and strain.
2) Chill for several hours.
3) Adjust seasoning to taste before serving, garnished with sprig of basil.
