Gazpacho Soup

Ingredients:-

Tomatoes, ripe 500 gms
Garlic 4 cloves
Onion 1
Carrots 1
Cucumber 1
Green bell pepper, seeded and quartered 1
Parsley 2 sprigs
Fresh basil 4 sprigs
Lemon 2
Salt & pepper to taste
 
A sprig to basil to garnish

Preparation:-

1) Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor, puree well and strain.
2) Chill for several hours.
3) Adjust seasoning to taste before serving, garnished with sprig of basil.
